Last Saturday, we visited two former mines of the missile launchers for intercontinental ballistic missiles. There are a lot of other mines in the territory. I counted 30. I plan to explore these missile silos and try to find people who provide combat efficiency of the nuclear shield of Russia. I practice digger : it is interesting to see where the soldiers had served bombers. Sophisticated equipment, poison fuel and a highly confined space of casemates demanded excellence features. The slightest mistake could lead to tragedy. August 5, 1967 the rocket launch took place at Krasnoyarsk and the rocket engine was explosion. As a result of the disaster killed 13 people. People could easily die after the launch of rockets, and after the defeat of launchers by American "Tomahawk".

We are very much interested in something called Urban Exploring, also know as Urbexing. This means visiting old buildings which have been abandoned and since the Soviets have left behind quite a few buildings across Europe former Soviet countries are a heaven for this activity. Thing of Old military bases, public and cultural buildings, anything that is not in use anymore but has not been knocked down.

But we need help find these locations and this most commonly done via forum's or people who do it themselves. Photography and adventure are our main motives and of course sharing this experience with other people can be exciting. I have quite some experience with this and quite some photo material and of course nice stories about previouse places. My question is for all those people who can help us finding information or can join us to actual locations. People who can provide forums (no matter if it's in Russian, we have several Russian friends willing to help), websites regarding Belarus or Former USSR as a whole are very welcome. Best of course would be fellow Urban Explorers interested in trip together :).
